I need help house training my dog please i will be heartbroken if i have to get rid of her!!!?

I have a 8 month old Dachshund/Beagle mix and she won't stop peeing and pooping in the house! I take her out as soon as i get up and she will usually go and pee in one of the bedrooms after she went outside! She will also pee in her cage which also worries me! Please help i don't want to get rid of her, shes so attached to me she won't even know what to do if I have to get rid of her.
